On another note: Brian have you looked into trimming that huge tree right outside of your house? I was talking with a friend who has a similar massive tree hanging over their house. He was telling me that the family has to have it trimmed once every couple of years. He was telling me that the average costs associated were around 2,000 dollars because of how big it is and the liability involved. It made me think of yours and how their are full size branches that have fallen resting on others.
