Support Matt in his 24Hr Quest

SF-One-Day-Logo.jpg
Matt is running a crazy 24 hour race this weekend. Starts at 9am Sat - It's beyond me to run that far but I will be trying to pace him through the night.

There is a live webcast of the event AND you can send Matt an email(s) with words of support that will be hand delivered to him during the race. You can send these now or you can send it during the race and it will be delivered to Matt as he's running.

Good luck Matt. Does he have any particular goals or is survival the goal. 100 miles in 24 hours is quite a feat if he can pull that off.

Surviving is goal #1, getting over the 100 mile mark is goal #2. The race website will be posting hourly updates for all the runners so you can track his progress there as well.

Thanks for the heads up. We really enjoyed following the race updates, and also checked in on live webcams from the Golden Gate to see when the sun was setting/rising. Sounds like it was a good run. Congrats.

CONGRATS MATT!!! Rachel and I are amazed. We really enjoyed watching the real time feeds. We tried to send you an e-mail but the site claimed that they had to many e-mails and couldn't keep up with all of the imputing and printing messages off so we weren't able to. However, it was awesome checking in on the real time stats. Think now you may have to take a break. Let those muscles cool off. Wondering if you were going to work this week with your body aches not to mention fires in your back yard. Each time you do one of these ultra-runs you always seem to challenge yourself on more up for the next one. So whats it going to be?????Run Forest Run.
