Graphology

What is Graphology? ... Graphology is the study and analysis of handwriting especially in relation to human psychology. Anyway - I have a friend who has too much time on her hands and has taken this up as a hobby. I was never a huge believer that you could tell much about a person based on their handwriting but I recently was given a document by someone in our family with their signature at left below - "McKinney" .. that is the name that was signed. I had never before seen mckinney written in this way so decided to see if my friend could provide some insights into this person.

handsign.JPGResults show this person has the following traits: generally aggressive at work and play, comfortable in front of people - particularly if performing a pirouette, has a kind heart, gravitates towards all things pink, more content being and working outdoors, tends to rage if staying at a place without tweezers, not afraid of hard work, motivated by balls of cookie dough, delusions of grandeur when comparing self to other siblings, and feels more powerful when armpits are shaved.

I don't know how you do it. The range of your thoughts/interests/(fabrications?) is amazing. Regardless, keep filing these reports - I'm along for the ride.

Tweezers?!

I am like Jeff.....the subjects and the writing .....all creative...you can take a subject and make a delightful tale! I am impressed. What do you know about handwriting change over age?

Ok, I am trying to pin the person down, but you lead me in very weird directions. Is It you?

About that signature... I know that it is not mine, but mine is none-the-more legible. I do not consider myself aggressive, but perhaps that is repressed aggression, soon to go postal at the slightest provocation.

My children ask what the similarity of it is to my actual name. Strangers say, "you must be a doctor," and I reply, "no, but my husband is and you can read his signature."

Note:this is my first post EVER. I have read plenty of posts, though, and feel that the mckinney's by blood are quite creative and I will give you credit when I turn this stuff into the publisher...maybe

Holly .. hope you post more/more.

btw, graphology suggests that women who have illegible signatures are in fact walking time bombs. If the woman is married to a man who's handwriting is legible the bomb is most often an irresistible urge to throw food, not just the food on their plate ... food from everyone's plate.

Interestingly, the bomb will only go off with a very specific trigger. The trigger is a 5 word phrase. To test this I plan to work this phrase into a conversation with you at Craig and Grace's wedding reception, right after the main course is served.

Heather - good guess, but "hard worker" and "kind heart" should have removed me from consideration.

Hmmm. I'm going to go on a crazy limb and assume that anytime you say "pirouette" you are referencing me in some way. Just for that, I will demolish you Sunday in the 10mile race... WEARING PINK.

Matt...wearing Pink.?????!!!!!#####..I know that is Shannon's favorite color but maybe you should resist taking the "hook" Brian throws out. Hope you, Brian and Steven all have a great time. I have arrived at Lisa's and Heather's and looking forward to reconnecting with Anna and Ella.

Small flight from Atlanta to Knoxville was quite a ride! Brian flying with you was much better than this flight. It was hot, bumpie, loud, and his landing left something to be desired. I really enjoyed flying with you!

Matt we got your email and Gerry will pick Steven up at Burbank.

Good for handwriting verification. Also said to be good for personality analysis. I don't know but if I could travel back in time I would introduce graphology to Laci and Drew Peterson.
