Boston
I'm starting a new project in Boston next week .. it's a highly visible/large account for us so Im looking forward to the challenge. It's a multi-year project, Im being brought in as the 'start-up guy' .. overseeing project set-up/discovery activities, maybe 4-5 months - then I'll be transitioning to the full-time implementation project manager.
Not exactly how I wanted to get to Boston (would have preferred the marathon route) - but, I hear Boston has a big running community so maybe I'll find a running group to keep me in shape.

Big news for you! Congradulations....I think!
Glad you feel challenged and Boston has a lot to offer. Would be nice to find a running group. How far is Bosgon from Craigs?
Just back last Sunday pm from Va. Difficult rerouting of flights so getting home took forever atleast they did not misplace my luggage as they did on my flights there, US Air offered nothing but problems this trip! Had matt Shannon Karlie Adam Rachel and Steven over yesterday which was nice. Leave June 2 - 16 Bridge Cruise. Will try to call you.
Will you be there full time or some periods from home...weekends? Keep in touch and we hope to see you on TV in the Bostoon Marathon:)
Hello to Shannon
Behind in posting...the Va computer does not stay connected and often does not find the internet! Hope to catch up and post!
Hey, sounds like you will be pretty busy. But it also sounds exciting and like a big challenge. Kris and I are coming to NY in july sometime, if you are available I would love to get together with you.
Heather - chances are good I'll be in Boston during your visit with Craig, perhaps even in NY. Keep me posted on your trip dates and as it gets closer we'll figure out a way to connect.
Just got back from New Haven and Boston this week. I bet you'll enjoy Boston.
While we can't pretend to be Boston experts, we found some interesting places you might enjoy. Zu Zu's (Central on the Red Line, I think) has a good vegetarian platter with great spices and plantain chips. See if you can figure out how they make their garlic dip and you're the boss. Also a good Indian place: excellent yet cheap food, lots of local MIT guys, eat at a counter with Bollywood blaring overhead, and more Lassis than I've seen in one cooler before. If you're into that, I'll get out our maps for a name. Good luck with the project.
Sounds like a big challenge. Always good to jump in the mixing bowl sometimes.
Definitely looking forward to meeting up with you in NYC.
Is it true that you can run in the Boston Marathon if you live there? If so, can you claim residency for next year's marathon. Not as gratifying as qualifying, but would still be a good experience. If I can just maintain my current times - I should be able to qualify when I'm in my fifties.
