I do not want to keep sending this sensitive personal information. I sent it earlier in response to the new international debit card offer ... YOU SHOULD HAVE THIS!!

You: Why does one of my transaction in the withdrawal section show a fee of -$40? I think this is a mistake .. true? I think this fee is charged automatically when someone requests 2 "echecks" within a month ... BUT .. i requested the "802208" withdrawal on July 2nd and then it was put back into my account by some error on your side .. I should not get charged this $40 Fee .. i was told this by email .. please confirm
Gabby Tate: In order to get a bank wire you need to send the full bank wire documents, I can see in you account that you have 1 as ACH and one as check.
You: wait .. are you now saying you don't have all documents? and that the 2 withdrawls aren't coming via bank wire like you said earlier? WTF?

Gabby Tate: With withdrawals we faced a similar situation last year, admittedly on a much bigger scale, which we were able to eventually resolve. It took a little time and a lot of effort, but we have never missed a payout and I assure you we never will.

LOL. This is the best interaction I have ever read with the online customer service rep. Outside of those specific answers you did get, I would normally expect this is an automated service. Maybe it's partially automated but flags when someone asks a question? Awesome.
