what i ate today
So - my diet sucks, today was pretty typical in terms of what I ate.
Breakfast:
None (Woke up at 10.30)
Lunch 1.15:
2 bowls of cereal, 1/2 glass milk
Snack 2.00:
10 Reese's Milk Chocolate Dipped Cookies
6 Chips Ahoy Cookies
1/2 glass milk
Workout 4.30:
Ran 8 miles feeling guilty about the food, came back hungry
Snack 6.00:
10 Chips Ahoy Cookies
1/2 glass milk
Dinner 8.00:
Wolfgang Puck Chicken Noodle Soup
5 Reese's Milk Chocolate Dipped Cookies
5 Chips Ahoy Cookies
Snack 10.00
8 Chips Ahoy Cookies
1/2 glass milk
i like cookies .. too much i think

I'm surprized you are able to eat that many cookies I get sick when I eat to many sweets
Just reading this post makes my face sweaty. At least you got an 8 mile run in the mix.
Life is not fair!
I look at these pictures and put on weight and that is after I work out on tread mill every day for an hout..have 1/2 cup of healthy breakfast cereal etc.
Look at you ....you stay so slim
