Nice video. Filming AND riding seems demanding, and I can't believe you got raw footage this well paced (eg you just filmed the bird flying perfectly on first take?). Do you edit? If so, how?
I had no idea Davis region was so agricultural till I visited. Remarkably diverse crops, too.
Jeff - this cam comes with basic editing capabilities, nothing fancy but I can splice together segments (like the bird). The rapture actually flew next to me for half a mile or so before resting on the post.

That was really cool. How did you videotape while biking? I noticed a box shaped shadow on your shoulder - was that the camera?

Good eye Claire - that box shadow was my camera .. it wasn't strapped to my back or anything, I was just holding it.

Great video! You should look at getting the bike attachment for the flip- http://tinyurl.com/26sk9a7. Your ride would probably be a lot safer. :)
