Shannon's workspace just got alot more public ... she now essentially works in a bubble at set times through the day. The glass is one way .. so the public can all see her, she can't see them (she can hear them .. they can ask questions). The new 'exhibit' (Shannon) is raising a lot of awareness and $s for the hospital.
.. imagine ... having your work area open for public viewing.
and .. before she comes out there is a video recording which is pretty rad too .. (photo of it in progress below)

Not sure I'd be keen to be on display all the time, but it looks like an innovative way to teach. The image quality of the overhead camera looks superb. Wish they'd had that in operating rooms where I felt left out. Great post.
