BRIAN you are unlucky this Christmas. I'm bringing you a lump of coal and this elf with crazy hair, pictured here. From SANTA
(Claire says...NB: case of signature and title..check authenticization)
Hmm ... yes, the capital letters here are suspect as well!
But .. if I get the lump of coal in the picture for being bad .. I'll take it! (and not tell you i think it's really a Geode and will make me rich)
Your Hair looks much better in this photo than my hair ever looks. Although your shorts are either too long or your pants are too short .. but, I am probably not the best person to pass fashion judgements.
Dear Brian,
Actually those are my new elf pants-shorts. Perfect for working in our workshop.
Please try to be good - at least over the next few days - or else you'll get real coal. -elfie CHM
Awsomness. That's the biggest geod rock I think I've ever seen. Think if you found that in the garden while digging............what a find. Many times on the beaches of california you'll see people with metal detectors searching for anything of possible value hidden in the sand. I think generally there is very little to find but it is kind of a cool game that one could play. Especially if you have a big imagination like me.
I read about one such find that involved the discovery of a WWII plane that had been shot down and then lost. Here's a link....
that's a great rock AND great pants-shorts. cool, yet comfortable.. and very stylish. don't listen to brian, he just graduated from his inside-out sweatpants era. ;)

Claire - that's an impressive rock. I think it would make a nice accent to Riley's garden.
Now we just need to find a way to distract the museum while we bring in some heavy machinery to move it to your house.
