we're off to see the wizard...

Claire at Claire's

Our vegetarian recipe (see Craig and Grace's tofu blog) came from Claire's Cornercopia - located on one corner of the green in New Haven. It's one of my favorite cafes. Here are some pics from our spring visit to New Haven; when we saw some of our old favorite places.

Ah .. i love going back to old stomping grounds to reminisce. Like you, most of my favorite places to visit involve food!

Riley - I love the last photo, although you really should put that dog on a leash. He could jump off your head and into the pizza!! Dog Pizza is NOT good!

Looks like a great time - I remember that stairwell! Is pizza in New Haven made 'east coast style', aka 'Brooklyn'? It's become my new favorite style.

Next time you guys make the trip let us know, we're a quick train ride away.

We'd love to see you in NYC, too. This trip was New Haven and points north for my 10 year reunion from residency, and a friend's wedding; The logistics were already pretty tight, and it wasn't too long after your honeymoon, when we figured you'd still be settling in. We'll look forward to seeing you and Grace in the future, though.

I remember being at Claire's! I still have a coffee mug from there. Great photos and sounds like a great memory lane experience! Love

The pizza is east coast style.

I'll have another vegiterian recipie for you the next time you visit.
