We had a big "Spring Fling" party for the pediatric residents at our house, which was a lot of people. Dad tried to make most of the food ourselves, which meant he needed big time help.

We had a Thai theme, and made our fresh rolls, satay, cold sesame noodles, and home made mango ice cream. Mom was worried we'd run out of food, so we went to Asia World Market to get lots of ingredients, in bulk, and we borrowed storage space from our neighbors.

Here are our ingredients, with Napa cabbage - several of them - as big as my head, and a whole case of wrappers. We made four sets of triple recipes. It was a big deal.

The party went well. Good times.
