Mets Game
A friend of mine from work recently won 4 tickets to a Mets game, so he took the four guys I share an office with. The game was stalled a bit during the 5th inning, as there was a down pour that lasted about 15 minutes - but after they rolled the field cover up and continued the game.
It was very cool to get to see Shea Stadium before they shut it down for the new stadium being built next door to it. You can actually see the new stadium right next to the old one in picture 4 below.
You buddies look like they could each crush you like a bug. I've heard fights can break out in the stands .. so, good move bringing the muscle. Talking fancy used to protect you from mom/dad but it would just cause the beatings to get worse at Shea.
and .. good thing they labeled the park in #11. This is for the fans who forget if they came to see baseball or boxing?
wow your moving up in the world
Yeah, I was especially glad to have the giant guys around for the trip out. The little kids on the subway tend to get out of control on the way to a baseball game. No joke.

The 'Baseball' sign (#11) made me laugh too. No arrow or anything, just a declaration.
We have done a couple of baseball games but here the fans are fickle...they leave way early..guess to beat the traffic jams on the 405! Never really works as the 405 is worse than a traffic jam..it mostly is a parking jam!
