Wow .. I'm very impressed with all the shots, and - want to follow you on your next photo shoot.

I think i take for granted the places that can be seen in the US. For some reason I feel I must travel out of country on my vacations, which is a pain since i hate to travel. Your photos have inspired me to think about travel within the US the next time Shannon/I hit the road.

Every shot is great really. My favorites are based on places that look like great hikes/runs ... 1, 3, and 7. Did you take the trail in photo 7 up the hill and through the trees? Is photo 10 a shot a mile ahead of 7?

Glad Brian is thinking about domestic vacations now - the $ isn't worth much anymore, and it's a good time to branch out.

Claire and Riley want to vote on their favorites, too. But they were too cranky tonight (or was that me?), so I sent them to bed.

Who ever fixed my photos, thanks! Brian, photos 7, 10 are from the same place. Yes I did take the trail. That was an 11 mile hike, and around every corner the landscape got more beautiful. Jeff, I am glad you like 4. Did you see the bear face on the cut down tree? The trees were all hacked off, it looked like a cemetary, and then all of a sudden there was this very strange bear head with googly eyes no less.

4 - it's cool because the first stump looks carved. I thought it was a chicken shape at first.
5 - I like the pretty yellow flowers. How do they grow out of that wood?
6 - This is cool because I like the holes in the island.

7 is gorgeous and reminds reminds me of the vibrant Vermont falls we would travel to see.

9 is an incredible sunset, the likes of which I have not seen in awhile.
