Craig is not really the coolest . . . he is the son of the coolest. But I guess he might be second. No doubt about it, NY is terrific . . . wouldn't it be a great place for a get together of several of us? Too bad airfares are out of sight right now. Maybe sometime.
Really nice pics. NY is lucky to have Grace and Craig there (although that probably doesn't come up in day-to-day day conversation, and anyway do you have a problem wid dat?), and we're lucky to have Heather's pics documenting the pulse of the city on your trip. Some debate here about the guy with the pennies. Is he a small guy with normal pennies, or a big guy with pizza sized pennies? Where is he located - we don't remember seeing him before? THanks, J/C/R
The penny guy was in the subway. Craig would know which part of the subway. I thought it was near timesquare but I could be wrong. There were a lot of these guys doing different activities. Anyway, he is the size of an average teddy bear, and the pennys were like a personal pizza size. Does that help?
We don't go all the way to the end everyday, but the L is the subway Grace and I take everyday. She gets off on the 14th street (Union Square) stop and I transfer trains in between the two stops at the 6th avenue stop.
Oh man. I am the coolest, but you take better pictures. Nice!

Craig has picked up a few tricks to get by in Brooklyn (click here)

The penny sculptures are actually found at the 8th avenue stop (the last stop) on the L train.
