november stats

The stats are in for the month of November! Brian was the leader in overall page views for his directory, I came in second, and Matt/Steven/Adam pulled close numbers to close out the top 5.

Some folks had specific posts that came in above the directory numbers but I cut them out to make the stats a bit more managable.

Site-wide, visits/page views increased 1.5% (which is great for a small site like ours) while unique visitors also went from 436 in October to 566 in November - also good... but not as strong as the increase from September to October, when we doubled the uniques.

I'll try and post the previous month's stats at the beginning of each month, so if you want your numbers to increase - blog blog blog. ;)

Ok. The stats page is an awsome addition to the web site.

Ahhh .. to be the King is sooo nice. Although .. it is too easy!! Come on people .. take a shot at the title and blog more!!

Only 19 hits for my site?!
We wuz robbed.

3 key points:
1) Brian, for God's sake, stop viewing your own site so much.
2) I'm not playing the memory game for any month following one in which it nearly scores more hits than my posts. Ouch.
3) Hopefully I'll be off call and posting again in January. Watch out, blog leaders.

Meanwhile, I'll live vicariously through the rest of the clan's postings. Thanks, it's great to see what's up with all who post.

Brian actually made an excellent point i hadn't considered, beyond the fact that he checks his own site 15 times a day - i only copied the info of our home directories assuming that would include the overall directory stats. However, that isn't how the tracking info is delivered... so, the numbers are actually all over the place. The numbers I previously posted were only for your homepage and not including the post(s) page(s). Next month I'll go through and publish a complete tally.

You'll see in the linked image (page 1 of 3 or 4) that some people's posts were actually much higher then home pages. For example, dad's "Who is EM McKinney" post got 55 views, while his homepage only 14 listed. Next month the numbers will be more in tact.
