New Feature: Comment Subscriptions

If you have been commenting, you may have noticed two new fields appear in the site's comment form. These two additions allow you to subscribe to someone's individual blog entry when posting your comment.

What does this mean? Well, if you want to get email notifications when another user posts a new comment or responds to your comment on an entry - now you can!

Below, you will see the two new fields explained a little further. If you have any questions (or just want to try it out) post them below as a comment and subscribe.

TAG 1 Input your email address, where you would like to be notified. For example, I have put in my McKinneyTree.info email address.

TAG 2 After you have typed in your email address, don't forget to check the 'Subscribe to this entry!' field. If you don't check this, you won't receive notifications.

Read this earlier post for a refresher of how the rest of the commenting fields work.
