Louie Louie. Oh no, me gotta go. Yeah yeah yeah yeah...

Top www:Weather

From the best of the web archives (per Jeff):

I've found a weather site that really merits its direct link on my desktop.
It's NOAA's weather site, at
http://www.weather.gov/

It has great graphical interfaces, region specificity, and data as detailed as you'd like. Oh, and no ads or cookies that I can detect.

Check out graphic options here:
http://www.weather.gov/forecasts/graphical/sectors/

My favorite is their hourly forcast grid, accessible via:

http://www.crh.noaa.gov/lsx/wxinfo.php

Then type in your zip code, and access HOURLY WEATHER GRAPH on bottom right of the page that comes up. It's a busy graph, but tunable, and as accurate and detailed as I've found.

http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?CityName=Saint+Louis&state=MO&site=LSX&textField1=38.636&textField2=-90.2443&e=0

There's even a text only version if you're mobile.

Someone put a lot of work into this. Perhaps you'll enjoy the results as much as I do.

We will try these...wonder if they predict any earthquake activity???? Having trouble with the computer I am on so will be brief before it disconnects and try them with a better connection. Thanks for the tip!

Impressive graphics/links .. ofcourse for Sacramento the weather isn't very exciting. HOT sums it up (103 today). I like that you can see air quality as well (although .. kinda sad that we have to be concerned about it). I can actually tell the difference when air quality is bad on my runs.

Ya I hate spywear. I have a weather program on my computer come how and I think it has spy wear in it.
