I particularly like the 'father of the year' photo, "if you can't sing them to sleep palm their head with your hand" .. sounds like a great start to a new how to book about raising kids!

PS- thanks for your help with my patient coughing up blood. When they saw me setting up dual airway equipment on the floor they decided to keep him in the ICU. Path reports post-op are pending. -J
