San Francisco Helicopter Tour
After running my ultramarathon race in San Franciso, Karen and I took a helicopter ride over the city... I took a video of the tour with my phone, and it actually turned out fairly clear. You should click on the below link to video my video (the video is posted on You Tube):

The entire video is about 30 minutes long, so if you get bored, you can jump ahead to see specific sites. Goto the video time shown below to see the corresponding feature.... at the very least, you have to watch us fly UNDER the Golden Gate Bridge (@ 11:30ish) --- pretty rad.
(video time): Feature
(7:20): Sutro Baths & Cliff House
(9:20): California Academy of Sciences & Golden Gate Park
(10:45): Golden Gate Bridge
(11:30): Flying under the bridge
(12:50): Exploratorium & the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre
(13:15): the Presidio
(14:00): Downtown San Fran
(15:35): AT&T Ball Park - you'll notice the Illinois/UCLA bowl game still shows on the field
(16:00): Bay Bridge
(16:40): Yerba Buena & Treasure Islands
(20:15): Coit Tower
(20:50): Alcatraz
(22:45): Angel Island

Very impressive! Even the rotor blade shadows are great . . . The coastline looks surprisingly rugged . . . with big pockets of population inland . . . looks also like you almost touched the TransAmerica Bldg. . . no wonder so many "leave their hearts in San Francisco " .
Very, very cool.
I liked the fly under the Golden Gate.
How does the FFA view such activities?
Interesting how you get sampling bias of the prop. If I were smarter I'd try to calculate the r.p.m.s, but it's already been a long day.
Thanks for thinking to take a camera, and for the link.
Wow .. very cool indeed!! I've got to do this with Shannon some weekend. Loved the under the bridge footage! Could Karen enjoy it despite your girl screams?
You picked some great highlights .. checked them all out.
