PS Gym goers.....I now do elevation 15 (highest) 4.5 speed and go til I burn 750 calories. Each a.m. it is a struggle of wills. Part of me fighting with the other part...quit..keep going...read more pages.. Just finished Shirley mcClains....rather extraterestrial! Setting new records but stalled at 139.9 weight. Feeling lots better...acid reflux has improved along with some other stuff!
Great to hear mom, keep up the good work with your exercising. You've made it this far so you can't turn back. It seems that one loses strength faster than it takes to build it up so you've already made it over the difficult hump.
Your pictures look great. I wondered if crew quarters had a window. I pictured your room being in the low levels between engine rooms- but this looks nice.Did you find that the boat was even more rocky the further down you went or not really?
We love the Halloween pictures. I hope you guys waited to dress up once you got off the plane or that would of been an interesting ride. We didn't really have to many trick or treaters at our place which I figured. But we did have one little girl dressed as a princess which was cool. Because she was the only one she ended up with a big bag of butterfingers.
