Snow in Texas

When I found out it was snowing in Texas, I was amazed. I wanted to go out right away.
Claire was really excited, too. She didn't even want to eat breakfast. She just wanted to go out and play.

Here we are, in video.

It was nice to get to use our snow boots again.

Jeff: to post a link use this

(a href="http:/www.TheWebAdress.com")Blue Underlined Link Title(/a)

replace all "(" and ")" with ""

Oops the replace key did not show up because it is used with html.

So let me explain the key for you, the key is the key that looks like a sideways triangle; however the base is missing.

Use that key instead of ( and ) and you should be fine. Open and close with the correct angle and you should be fine.

jeff/riley: if still confused you can go to this site: Link Generator and go to to the "Link - Anchor Tag" section of the site. Type the url or web adrdess you would like to link. Then click the button titled, Link (Anchor Tag)Code. Then a new site will show up stating to copy and past the code. Just copy that code from that site to your next post.

Hope this all helps

HA! .. I love this video .. you both look so HAPPY!!!!!

I love (and miss) snow!!

Thanks for the helpful link, Steven. We'll try it with our next video post. Getting to hyperlink functionality would be great for me. I do most blogging on the train now and copy/paste is harder than at home. Even at home, some of the coding conventions are not intuitive to me; or my punctuation keystrokes' (ASCI?) translation seems to gets wacked out. Forward vs back quotation marks can become painful.

We'll follow up your link generator advice - thanks a lot.

Ha ha - great video! We've gotten so much snow this month I wish I had a sled.

Also Jeff/Steven, when writing a blog you should have the following 6 controls above the posting area:

bold, italic, underline, web link, email link, quote

The link button looks like two links in a chain. If you select the text you wish to link and then click the link button you should get an automated prompt to put in your link. After clicking 'ok' your text in the blog should now link.

Let me know if you think I should post a blog about how to do this under the help section of the site.
