WEST COAST RUNS

So I had a great workout the day before filled with great feelings and much to I thought stanima.. Then I went on a run the next day check out the trail and how I trained.

If you want to run here are the steps:

step 1: dont eat all morning
step 2: about five o-clock goto toco bell and get the BIG BOX MEAL..
step 3: drink a six pack of your favorite cheap beer
step 4: let your stomach marinate over night

What you will experience:

stamch acks and a great big RUN

this is the grossest blog ever. I opened it all excited to hear about you working out, having a great run .. and then .. well, poo.
