I think you need to define what these words mean .. the only one i know is monochromatic (and maybe analogous) - Im too lazy to google the rest.
But .. here's my ranking, 1 being the best: 1. Monochromatic 2. Tetrad 3. Analogous 4. Triad

I, too, wonder about the terms. Are they related to color wheel divisions or something like that?
If I wear a tie and shirt combo in these colors is that good or bad?
