Down with the sickness
Wow the flu strain I have is incredible it is really bad. I really hope I never get lung cancer but I think I have a slight feeling what it will feel like. Something probable like smoking a cigarette while having the flu. Chest pains, lungs bleeding, manic cough's.
I hope this one goes fast away. I took care of my friend when she was sick and of course she lied in my bed sneezing and breathing all over my blanket. I said, "This girl weighs 98 pounds surely I can defeat her strain of the flu." Let me tell you I can't.
oh man .. that sucks. "lungs bleeding" .. what the heck?! If your lungs are bleeding that sounds serious dude. Is it external bleeding? .. do you wake up with a bloody chest?

I down sick today, too, Steven. I hope you get feeling better soon. Mostly gastrointestinal (rather than respiratory) symptoms here. We've been seeing lots of dehydrated people in the ERs this month: sometimes I'll be giving an IV to the kids, while the mom and dad are throwing up next door.
I felt pretty wiped out last night, but things are looking better today. I'm a big fan of Gatoraide after last night; I think it saved me an ER visit. Overnight was highlighted by bad muscle aches / fever / chills / GI nastiness / delerium (I kept thinking that I had to start my own IV, and people kept asking me about lab results on other patients I thought I was caring for; of course I was alone in the bedroom, no other patients....).
