Vegitarian Meal
Ingredient:
----------------
1.) Extra Firm Tofu
2.) Coconut Shreds
3.) Package of 3 min organic Brown Rice Steam Microwavable Bag
4.) Package of 5 min Mixed Vegetable Microwavable Bag
5.) Olive Oil
6.) Soy Sauce
Preparation:
------------------
1.) Cut Extra Firm Tofu In Cubes
2.) Heat Pan with Olive Oil
3.) Trow in Tofu
3.) Trow in Half Bag of Coconut
4.) Sprinkle Soy Sauce over tofu until color chage
5.) Mix Tufu, Coconut, and Soy Sauce in Pan with large Spoon
6.) Simmer Low
7.) Microwave Rice 3min
8.) Microwave Steamed Vegetables 5min
9.) Mix Everything together and that's your meal.
If you are like me you have 3 min to eat the whole thing. Otherwise you can enjoy it and eat it slow like most people.

This sounds awesome .. next time please take a photo of the food. Maybe one showing all the ingredients laid out and another with the finished product.
Not sure I would include the coconut

Nice recipe. Pics would be cool, but food photography is tougher than it looks - at least for my food. Firm tofu works best for us, too. For other texture, have you considered water chestnuts, slivered almonds or celery? Might offer some variety. Fresh ginger is pretty fabulous, also. A very thin slice, cooked in the oil to extract the taste can be superb.
Sounds delicious! You should eat this dish with actual chop sticks - that might help slow you down.
